A new addition to our smoked and cured range - cold smoked salmon with truffle!Ā If your are a truffle-fan, this is the product for you!Ā After dry-brining, the salmon is sprinkled with truffle zest (black summer truffle & natural carob powder), then cold smoked.Ā Actual weight will be within 50g of size ordered.
This is a winter product, available May to October!
